Welcome to Treenome,

a site for Forest Tree Population Genomics.

About Treenome

Treenome is a web site for forest tree population genomic data. The idea behind Treenome is to have a single convenient place that will provide the international forest genetics community with comprehensive forest tree population genomics data that otherwise are scattered around in different other databases and publications. The data will represent genome sequences, nucleotide sequence alignments and PCR primers collected from different sources, including our research on Comparative Population Genomics of Drought Resistance-Related Candidate Genes in Southern Pines that can be downloaded and used directly for further analysis. The site is complementary to other forest tree genome databases and forest genetic information resources such as Dendrome and is part of a larger collaborative effort to construct genome databases for major forest tree species.
